Mountain Sage clubs include school-day clubs and afterschool clubs. These take on a new shape each school year, depending on the skills and expertise of our staff and family community, but they are always focused on community, connection, and having fun. This page is updated as programs become available, so please check back often.

In this afterschool club, children will explore their creativity and deepen their connection to nature through engaging arts & craft projects. Each week, students will create unique art and crafts, that may include drawing, painting, working with fibers and clay, learning about local plants/ecosystems and crafting herbal concoctions. Our classes aim to strengthen children’s connection to the environment by using nature as both a subject and a medium for their artwork. By aligning our projects with the seasons and cycles of nature, children will gain a deeper appreciation for the environment.
